Where is the teacher of the fish?
I was reading Fox in Socks to Lila and she was counting everything in the book. When she finished counting all the fish on one page, I explained to her that a group of fish is called a “school of fish.” She repeated the phrase. Her eyebrows tightened a little, looking the picture over again.…

Another Eva photo
I’m trying to get back in the swing of updating this blog more often. So, when I’m too tired to think of anything to write about (a cop-out, I know), I’ll try to at least post an image. So, here’s one of Eva looking particularly little.

Eva, grunting

Lila’s first climb up a ladder!
This file is 680KB, so it may take a little time to load. (You also need Flash Player 6 to view it. You can get the free player at Macromedia.com.) You can imagine Chey’s reaction when I showed her this! 😉

Lila and Ethan at Johnny Rockets
We comb Lila’s hair. Really. To no avail. Also, note the devotion with which Ethan sucks down his drink. Or maybe it’s brain-freeze, I’m not sure.
