I have a workaround…
Oh, and just so you don’t get the wrong idea, I have a workaround functioning in place of MS Access. It is crazy to me that I had to put together some web pages to accomplish the fairly simple task that Access was supposed to do.

MS Access is my nemesis.
So, I’ve been working on a project involving OLE data fields in MS Access (exported from SQL server tables). Simply put, the data went in, but it does not come out. Access has trapped the data and is holding it hostage. No ransom amount has been communicated. I take this to be extremely hostile. I…

This file is 680KB, so it may take a little time to load. (You also need Flash Player 6 to view it. You can get the free player at Macromedia.com.) You can imagine Chey’s reaction when I showed her this! 😉

No broccoli, no ice cream!
We seem to have hit another phase of parenting: the battle of the wills. Yesterday evening our plan was to get together with some friends and walk down to an ice cream shop together. But, as we were wrapping up dinner and getting ready to go, Lila refused to eat her broccoli. It was just…
