I haven't made it with barley grits, but if you do decipher that recipe, I'm interested in trying it! Good luck. There is a brand of cereal called Maltex (I find it hard to find where I live now) that can replace oatmeal in the recipe I posted. That is also good, but I think I prefer the oatmeal kind.
