		<description>Thanks Anitta, yes, my family is of Finnish descent. I haven&#039;t made it with barley grits, but if you do decipher that recipe, I&#039;m interested in trying it! Good luck. There is a brand of cereal called Maltex (I find it hard to find where I live now) that can replace oatmeal in the recipe I posted. That is also good, but I think I prefer the oatmeal kind.</description>

I was interested in your rieska recipe.  Have you ever made it with barley grits?  My dad had it at home every saturday night.  I&#039;m trying to decipher the recipe.  It is fabulous, but quite different from the recipe you have.
Also interesting is your faith and your lovely little girls.
